Team Structure

Info

We usually work in small teams where we know each other and speak the same language.
Communication with other teams or with the contractor is handled by German-speaking fitters – who are permanently integrated into the team. Often it´s the team leader, who speaks german too.

Working Regime

Info

The usual working rhythm is a 4-day week (4/3 model) and weekends can be spent at home. Switch-off-related work is done sometimes on weekends, for which extra surcharges are paid, or in agreement with the contractor work is done on 10 consecutive days – from Monday to next weeks Wednesday, without Sunday – that’s called decade or 10/4 model.

Careers & Experience

Info

Most of us have already worked in overhead power lines in our home countries. Many of us have also gained experience in high voltage power lines projects in Europe or North America. We are now benefitting from this knowledge and valuable experience when we work in Germany. Even fitters from outside the industry make a good career with us.

Contract & Salary
